Mjandhope does not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations on printable or any digital materials. If you need help with your order, feel free to contact us.

By purchasing digital items you are agreeing to use this only for personal use, and not commercially by reselling, redistributing, and altering in any way.

 

PHYSCIAL STICKERS:

Mjandhope does not offer refunds, returns or cancellations unless items are miscut/misprinted. If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to contact the shop at mjandhope@gmail.com

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please make sure your shipping address listed is correct.

Domestic Customers: Normal Processing time for most items are 2-5 business days. During sales, that time may increase to 7-10 business days.
Please allow 5-7 business days after processing for delivery.
Domestic mail will be sent First-Class in flat photo mailers.

International Customers: In order to keep shipping costs down for you, your packages will be in 5x8 envelopes with your stickers protected by cellophane and heavy cardstock.

Customs description: Stickers/Stationary

All domestic orders have tracking numbers. Please use that number. Once your package is scanned at the post office, it is out of our hands and we do not have any information aside from that number. Please contact USPS if you have any question concerning a package that is delayed. We are not responsible for USPS delivery errors. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact USPS..
